Massive thanks to 23 Dental, they helped in my time of need, gave me a appointment with in 24-hours my dental treatment was excellent as usual the dentist was explanatory with the repair she then with the assistance of the dental nurse completed the necessary treatment to the high standard we expect. Ms Theaker on reception is always very helpful & patient when i have spoken with her. Nothing seems too much.Dental nurse Elsey always professional & supportive.Gullu my dentist is wonderful. Always checks i am ok at the beginning of appointment. Listens to any queries i've had. She helped me very quickly when i had a tooth abcess in the past.I always feel i have had good care when i leave.I am on the Dental plan & good value for money.
I have just finished my Invisalign journey with Gullu after 9 months. I had a "menopause moment" and decided I wanted straighter teeth in my 50s, mainly due to a large gap in between my front teeth, one of which was already crowned. I booked with 23 Dental. I sent lots of email questions prior to starting treatment and always got an answer either from the wonderful reception staff or Gullu herself. Gullu and reception staff accomodated my appointments around my work shifts, sometimes at short notice, and over the Christmas break to ensure I finished my Invisalign journey as planned. The dental nurses were lovely and professional ensuring things went smoothly and helped me feel at ease. Gullu spent hours planning and designing my new front crowns ( I had both front teeth done) to ensure the best possible outcome so the gap did not reappear after treatment and had to work really fast at the end to ensure things were in place for the final fitting. I would say it was almost pain free which was also a positive. Overall a positive experience, I would definately recommend all 23 Dental for anybodies Invisalign journey. I am so pleased with the results!!! Thank you to Gullu, dental nurses and reception staff for everything. Now what to do next!!!!??😁

The dentist completing my filling was Daniel Onwuka and the assistant nurse was Gemma brown. They were very friendly, chatty and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They put my needs first rather than rushing, when I had pain, as they injected me with more local anaesthetic to reduce pain during the drilling of my tooth.

Reception are very helpful and friendly. Dr Durja & her assistant were very reassuring when she repaired my tooth and 2 weeks later added a crown. Very professional.

I had a simple check up, but the appointment began at the specified time, the dentist and her assistant were polite and efficient and the checks were completed with minimal discomfort.
Apart from an extended delay at my latest appointment my experience was, as usual, excellent. Since taking over from Young’s there has been major investment in equipment and the decor. Plus pain free treatment with care and support, making my visits as good as you could ask for.
Excellent care from my dentist with support from a gentle and kind dental assistant, no jabbing with the end of the suction tube. My dentist always takes time to make sure the work is done to a very high standard with the result that I don't have to worry about my teeth at all.
I make a seventy mile round trip to have my (problematic) teeth looked after at 23 Dental, and have done for years. Which should demonstrate my opinion of the dentists here better than anything. Their unfailing calm, caring, gentle and individualistic approach never fails, and would reassure the most nervous patient. You get what you pay for, it is said, and when dealing with dental care you need the best. Especially when emergency treatment is needed. Any dentist can seem good when dealing only with routine work, but my experience here has always shown just how good dentists truly are when dealing with the emergency and the unexpected.

Appointment was a little late, but i was greeted by the dentist in the waiting room, and shown into the treatment room. The dentist explained what exactly she was going to do, and was very gentle throughout the checkup. Highly recommended.

Had the six month smile fitted mainly for one perticular tooth that bothered me and I was delighted and surprised to see how quick these worked! They pretty much moved my teeth straight away! Really pleased with the results! Rob at youngs was great and talked through everything with me, I highly recommend this dentist! The practice is great!Fabulous work and fabulous results!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Since my first visit to the practice, around 5 years ago, I've been impressed with the friendly, high quality service and my dental health has improved immensely. I consider it money well spent compared with the NHS dentist I used previously. Highly recommended!
